Terms and Conditions

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy an UltraOne software licence. UltraOne is a trading name of Ultra Cyber Networks Ltd. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Ultra Cyber Networks Ltd, and “you” means the business or person buying the licence.

1. Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes, and payment-related customer service and returns. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2. What you are buying

Each product is sold as an annual licence for one vessel. A licence includes:

The features of each product are described on our website and in the quotation we send you. Hardware, satellite airtime, onboard visits and third-party licences are not included unless the quotation says so.

3. Quotations and price

Our prices are shown on our pricing page as starting prices. The final price depends on the size of the vessel and is confirmed in a written quotation before you buy. Prices exclude VAT and any other taxes, which Paddle adds at checkout where they apply.

4. Term and renewal

A licence runs for 12 months and renews automatically for a further 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel renewal at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. We will remind you by email at least 14 days before a renewal.

5. Licence rules

You may use the software only on the vessel named in your order. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or modify the software, except where the law allows it. If a vessel is sold, we can transfer the licence to another vessel you operate on request.

6. Your responsibilities

You must give us the access and information we reasonably need to install and support the software. You remain responsible for the vessel’s systems, for keeping your login details safe, and for using the software lawfully.

7. Our responsibilities

We will provide the software with reasonable skill and care. If it does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund the unused part of your licence fee. We do not promise that the software will be error-free or prevent every security incident.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability under a licence is limited to the fees paid for that licence in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, or for indirect losses.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Personal data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you about them by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
